Aw that's adorable! I also posted about my mother's day plans. Very cute idea!JenEndeavors in Education
Thank you, Jen! I can't believe the rose on your post is from coffee filters! It looks very real and natural! I am looking forward to seeing the finished product!
My kinders are making cards. On the outside of the card is a flower, and you lift up each petal on the flower and they wrote what their mom is (pretty, funny, my friend, a good cook, etc.). On the inside of the card they wrote "Happy Mother's Day" and I have a picture in there I printed. On the picture, they are on a background that says "I love you because" and they held up a sign as to why they loved their mother. They turned out awesome. And yours look awesome as well!-Molly MyersKinderMolly
Those are so stinking cute! I may have to borrow that idea next year! I really love them! We made fingerprint flower pots. Students traced their hands and then used fingerprints to make flowers around each finger. The pot was a persuasive story about why their mom was the best! I was happy with how they turned out (especially since I had a sub do the art piece and it wasn't exactly what I had in mind) :)Tasha Confessions of a Tiny Teacher
